ThemeDokan sells digital products only, including WordPress Themes, Plugins, Elementor Templates, CartFlows Templates, PHP Scripts, and other downloadable resources.

ThemeDokan শুধুমাত্র ডিজিটাল পণ্য বিক্রি করে, যেমন WordPress Themes, Plugins, Elementor Templates, CartFlows Templates, PHP Scripts এবং অন্যান্য Downloadable Products।

❌ No Return Policy / রিটার্ন প্রযোজ্য নয়

Since all products are delivered digitally and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, physical returns are not applicable.

যেহেতু আমাদের সকল পণ্য ডিজিটাল এবং পেমেন্টের পরপরই ডাউনলোড করা যায়, তাই রিটার্ন (Return) প্রযোজ্য নয়।

💰 Refund Policy / রিফান্ড নীতি

We generally do not offer refunds once a digital product has been successfully delivered or downloaded.

সফলভাবে ডিজিটাল পণ্য ডেলিভারি বা ডাউনলোড হওয়ার পর সাধারণত রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হয় না।

However, a refund may be considered in the following situations:

• ✅ You were charged but did not receive the product.
• ✅ The downloaded file is permanently corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• ✅ Any technical issue caused by ThemeDokan that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

তবে নিচের বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে রিফান্ড বিবেচনা করা হতে পারে—

• ✅ একই অর্ডারের জন্য একাধিকবার পেমেন্ট হয়ে গেলে।
• ✅ পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হলেও পণ্য না পেলে।
• ✅ ডাউনলোডকৃত ফাইল স্থায়ীভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে এবং বিকল্প ফাইল প্রদান সম্ভব না হলে।
• ✅ ThemeDokan-এর কারণে এমন কোনো প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যা হলে যা সমাধান করা সম্ভব নয়।

🚫 Refund Will Not Be Granted / যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়

Refund requests will not be accepted for:

• ❌ Change of mind after purchase.
• ❌ Purchasing by mistake.
• ❌ Lack of technical knowledge.
• ❌ Incompatibility with third-party themes, plugins, or hosting.
• ❌ Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
• ❌ Requests made after downloading and using the product.

• ❌ ভুলবশত পণ্য কিনলে।

• ❌ তৃতীয় পক্ষের Theme, Plugin বা Hosting-এর সাথে অসামঞ্জস্য থাকলে।
• ❌ Product Description না পড়ে ক্রয় করলে।
• ❌ পণ্য ডাউনলোড ও ব্যবহার করার পর।
